  • Major task relates to managing Vietnamese IT engineers in the company or being BrSE with the mother company in Japan.
  • Contributing to the company research activities.

Yêu cầu chung

  • Familiar to working with Vietnamese
  • Experienced with Java and C
  • Being able to support minor tasks such as statistic collection of business and report to the Japanese manager.
  • Preference:
  • Candidate with experience in managing teamwork
  • Having experience in working in projects between Vietnam and Japan

Quyền lợi

  • Bonus: Bonus is paid monthly and annually, one month bonus is paid after salary raise. However, this bonus might be changed in accordance with the business situation and employee's contribution.
  • Overtime paid: Yes
  • Pay raise: Twice per year in July and January. Pay raise rate is 9% in each review time previously. However, this might change in accordance with the business situation and employee's contribution.
  • Insurance for foreigners: Yes
  • Visa and work permit expense: Yes
  • Flight ticket: Yes. Two way ticket to go back to Japan is paid once per year.
  • (*Economic class. Tickets can't accumulate over years. Department date maybe adjusted if the cost is too high due to peak season)
  • Other proposal from candidates will be discussed with the mother company.
