Make plan, organize and monitor the IT system (server, storage, security…).
Make plan, organize and manage IT Helpdesk team.
Make report, present report to customer on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, yearly) in Japanese language
Mainly responsible for implementing IT projects. Collect customer’s requirements, make plan, and assign tasks to team members.
Implement, monitor project progress, make sure projects are on schedule, within budget, meet quality and customer’s requirements (including progress, quality, risk, incidents…before and after implementing projects)

Ideal age: >30
Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
Have experience (at least 3 years) in similar position.
Have ITIL/CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/MCSE/PMP is an advantage)
Can communicate well in Japanese (both speaking and writing)
Have experience in IT customer service, working with Japanese customer.
Have experience in implementing and managing many projects at the same time.
Have knowledge/skills in project management.
Can present reports well in Japanese language.
Flexible working time: can work over time/at weekend/on holidays.
